Seeking an attractive design utilizing modern finishes resistant to corrosive chemicals. Updates shall include replacement of floors, ceilings, doors/frames/hardware, paint, casework, & misc. Accessories. In addition to building construction, the project shall further consist of identifying current issues with water infiltration at roof systems & exterior cladding. Remediation efforts are required at existing roof/wall flashings as well as replacement of storefront systems.
