The board discussed organizational duties including the nomination and election of the Chair, Vice-Chair, Clerk, and Attorney, as well as appointments to committees. Consent items addressed subdivision plats, land disturbance permit fee waivers, advertising for an Animal Control Director, alcoholic beverage license renewals, and authorization for the Tax Commissioner to accept various forms of payment.
