Providing legal and strategic advice and direction to FHFA on policy decision making involving the Regulated Entities, the Office of Finance, and U.S. FinTech, LLC. Providing FHFA advice and direction regarding governing statutes such as the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 and the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. All booking, scheduling, coordinating, confirming, and other communications are to be done through the government’s contracting officer’s representative (cor) or designated official. Additionally, the contractor must provide food and beverage service (stations) for administration and testing rooms, audiovisual and technology equipment for administration and testing rooms, including power strip/outlet access for dedicated administration and testing rooms, dedicated high-speed wireless internet service for dedicated administration and testing rooms, and a dedicated color copier/scanner and shred bin (with associated secure disposal) for the dedicated administration room per the days and times identified.
