Essex Regional Educational Services Commission

This Comprehensive Equity Plan (CEP) provides a framework for the Board of Directors to establish policies, programs, and practices that ensure high expectations, positive achievement patterns, and equitable access to educational opportunities for all learners. Developed triennially, the plan requires a needs assessment to identify discriminatory practices and barriers. It addresses professional development and equity in school and classroom practices, educational activities, and programs, including measurable goals, objectives, timelines, and benchmarks.
