DOE is soliciting offers for long-term realty agreements—easements or leases—covering all or part of identified property at the Hanford Site in Washington. Proposed developments may include advanced computing, critical-minerals processing, advanced manufacturing, and/or energy generation, and applicants are responsible for designing, financing, building, operating, and decommissioning their projects. DOE expects offers to include new energy generation and associated power-delivery costs, and may select all, some, or none of the submissions before finalizing agreements with selected applicants.
