A donation from Snap Mobile for the Baseball team was accepted, and the use of the Bergen County Cooperative Contract Pricing System was approved. The acceptance of a Project Lead The Way Grant and the submission of the Elevating High-Quality Work-Based Learning grant application were approved. Curriculum items included approval for various Summer 2026 Programs and the Uniform State Memorandum of Agreement between Education and Law Enforcement Officials. Transportation approval was granted for a Shared Service agreement with Greenwich Stow Creek Regional Board of Education. The Superintendent's Report and the monthly Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying Report were accepted. The Board moved into executive session to discuss a matter concerning Student Number #610693, resulting in a resolution to continue the student in an out-of-district placement for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.

The Reorganization meeting initiated with the flag salute and a statement regarding meeting notice dissemination and public participation guidelines. Key agenda items included reporting the results of the recent election for both full 3-year terms and an unexpired 1-year term, followed by administering the Oath of Office to the newly-elected members. The Board proceeded with the election of officers, successfully electing Ron Campbell, Sr. as President and Barbara Wilchensky as Vice President. Other organizational items included setting the proposed meeting night and receiving a Superintendent Presentation on ESSA District Data, prior to adjourning after a motion to move to executive session.

The Cumberland Regional School District Board of Education held a regular meeting where they discussed and approved several key items. They also addressed facilities use requests, salary amendments, personnel committee reports, and recommendations related to resignations, leaves of absence, salary upgrades, and appointments of extra service advisors and athletic coaches. Additionally, they reviewed and approved revisions to job descriptions, the staff handbook, the professional development plan, and various policies and regulations. The board also discussed and approved items related to curriculum and student life, such as the student handbook, student code of conduct, academic integrity contract, and security measures. Lastly, they approved a minor amendment to the LRFP and discussed the Superintendent's report.

The board also discussed facilities and transportation, approving facility use requests and transportation agreements. Changes to requirements for club/activity advisors were also approved.
