The Commission addressed the approval of Findings of Fact for the discretionary review project located at 1465 NE 6th Street. During the session, Commissioners provided additional details to be included in the public record for previously held meeting minutes, specifically regarding discussions on vehicle access, water runoff, trash collection services, and concerns related to landslide activity in specific residential areas.

The council held a public hearing regarding a resolution to supplement the fiscal year 2026 budget, which involved a transfer from contingency to special payments for the water fund to correctly account for urban renewal contributions. The resolution was subsequently approved. Additionally, the council discussed a development agreement with Allenwood Homes LLC for a mixed-income residential development on Allenwood Drive, covering project scope, phasing, infrastructure funding, and land conveyance.

The meeting agenda includes the adoption of the budget and a funding request from Josephine County Public Health.
