The meeting covered key items including the election of board members for Liquids Pipeline Transmission, Electrical Distribution and Transmission, Gas Gathering & Transmission Pipelines, and Municipalities. A review of the previous year's performance highlighted the organization's strong performance and manageable budget shortage. Operational reports showed ticket numbers similar to the previous year, with an increase in web tickets and a slight decrease in damages. The Executive Director's report addressed budget adjustments and a shift in advertising strategies. A presentation on the upcoming Generation V platform for the one-call software was given, highlighting new functionalities. Finally, a discussion took place regarding responsibility for complaints when excavators work under the same insurance policy.
