The commission will consider several motions, including the approval of a rezoning from K-MF-Stacked Med to K-MF-Stacked Med with a Planned Development Overlay for The Wren, a site plan for the South Waukee vertical expansion, a final plat for The Crossing at Alice's Road Plat 6, a site plan for the Hy-Vee Waukee expansion, and a preliminary plat for Hamilton Ridge Plat 11.

The Commission reviewed and approved site plans for the Les Schwab Tire Center, the Blue Drift health spa, the second phase of Fireside Townhomes, and exterior improvements for the Waypoint Resources facility. Additionally, the Commission approved a preliminary plat for the Alderbrook residential and commercial subdivision, as well as a revised final plat and site plan for the Alder Point retail development. The council meeting focused on the consideration of a motion to approve a 12-month Class C Retail Alcohol License, including outdoor service and catering privileges, for Central Standard Waukee, LLC, contingent upon fire marshal approval.
