A major focus was planning the rollout of synchronous video conference courses for rural high schools and health careers dual credit, including establishing synchronous learning pods on each campus and providing necessary professional development. The council also discussed the meeting schedule, confirming bi-semester meetings and dedicated faculty meetings. The 2022-2025 Strategic Plan focuses on high-quality museum collection care and exhibits, advancing archival management methods, initiating excellent museum standards and practices, providing a greater educational experience, and increasing community engagement. Key goals include processing the accessioning backlog, reorganizing research collections, completing the AAM application process, increasing faculty and program participation, improving facilities, and expanding community outreach through marketing and collaborations.

The Hill College Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) is designed to enhance student learning by empowering students to achieve financial fitness. It focuses on providing financial education, teaching budgeting and money management skills, and assisting students in avoiding excessive loan debt. The plan aims to ensure students build a solid financial foundation for their future, both during and after their studies.
