The Committee suggested moving to electronic bill inserts for paperless customers and exploring electronic wholesale mailers. They also requested that staff explore local vendors for billing/mailer services to potentially reduce costs and improve delivery speed, while noting current integration complexity. Furthermore, the Committee requested that printed materials be reviewed before public distribution and scheduled a future meeting to discuss content for the next WaterGram. The General Manager proposed implementing an outreach strategy similar to PCWA's for introducing board representatives, contingent upon legal counsel review for government code compliance.
