The council accepted several resignations from various town commissions and authorities, including the Economic Development Commission, Water Pollution Control Authority, and the Public Library Board. The commission approved various PZC-sponsored text amendments, specifically focusing on modifying permitted commercial and industrial uses to include mixed-use and transit middle housing. Key changes involved updating parking requirements, establishing buffer treatments for transit middle housing, revising site plan procedures, and adding new definitions to the regulatory code.

The commission approved the application for the Estates at 100 Oakland Senior Residence Development. This project involves the construction of a 69-unit senior residential facility across 32.53 acres, including the installation of a roadway with a bridge crossing, site grading, tree clearing, stormwater management systems, and necessary utilities.
