Discussion topics included the registration process for multi-unit residential buildings for recycling services, the collection of materials such as chip bags and coffee cups, the importance of public education regarding changes to recycling streams, the identification of potential future depot locations, and the possibility of adding new materials to the EPR program in the future.

The council discussed and approved the second readings of the by-law to amend the Public Sewers By-law 25-08 and the by-law to amend the Land Use By-law 25-09 regarding an intermunicipal agreement with the Town of Amherst concerning sewer connections and mutual boundary changes.
