The strategic pathway is structured into four tiers: Library Data Awareness, Data Analysis and Tools, Reporting, and Advocacy. It aims to enhance data competence and confidence among library staff, ensure equitable access to data resources, mitigate job-related barriers, and cultivate positive attitudes towards data usage, ultimately strengthening the statewide library data ecosystem.
