This Outline Plan describes the land use framework, infrastructure servicing concept, and development objectives for the future development of the Grayson Estates lands. It aims to facilitate a logical extension of residential uses and create a distinct precinct framework by separating residential areas from business commercial uses. The plan incorporates low and medium-density residential, business commercial, business employment, and open space areas, ensuring a comprehensive development strategy.

The City of Leduc Salt Management Plan establishes a procedural framework for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective roadway systems while minimizing the adverse environmental effects of road salt. It details best management practices for optimizing snow and ice control, covering areas such as general salt use, storage, snow disposal, identification and protection of vulnerable areas, communications, weather monitoring, training, spill response, record keeping, and monitoring. The plan's objective is to continuously improve winter maintenance operations and reduce the amount of road salts entering the environment.

The agenda includes discussion and voting on various items, including Bylaw No. 1021-2019 regarding an amendment to the Robinson Area Structure Plan and Bylaw No. 1007-2018 concerning the False Alarms Bylaw. Also includes discussion on Leduc Golf & Country Club Memorandum of Agreement, 2018 Operational and Capital Carry Forward, Policy 61.00:03 -- Lot Drainage & 61.00:04 - Procedure for Obtaining Lot Grading Approval, and 2019 Supplementary Assessment Bylaw.

The meeting included presentations on the Long Term Facilities Master Plan and the Leduc Arts Foundry Board's progress and strategies. Council approved the Strategic Planning Committee session dates for 2019-2021, the 2017 Integrated Pest Management Plan, and the updated Snow & Ice Control Policy. They also gave first, second, and third readings to Bylaw No. 965-2017, an amendment to the Fees 2018 Bylaw. Updates were provided from the Arts Summit regarding urban transformation, the value of culture in economic terms, culturally sensitive public art, and building an arts and cultural strategy.
