The Board of Directors held a public hearing regarding the approval of the district's budget for the upcoming fiscal year. Following the hearing, the board passed a resolution adopting the proposed budget for operation and maintenance expenses, including administrative costs, utilities, and repair and maintenance services.

The Council discussed and took action on several items, including a public hearing for the adoption of the final budget for the 2026-2027 fiscal year and the setting of an expenditure limitation. Other agenda items included holding special meetings for the Board of Directors of the Links at Coyote Wash Community Facilities District, establishing new or increased fees for golf course services and sanitation services, and receiving town manager and council reports.
