The committee reviewed the results of the 2025-2026 Board Annual Self-Assessment Survey, noting issues with non-responsive members and vague survey comments. To address this, the committee proposed conducting a succession plan refresher, holding individual meetings with commissioners, and reviewing the organization's mission and values. Additionally, the committee drafted the agenda for the 2025 Annual Board Retreat, featuring key topics such as KPIs, service changes, financial reports, strategic initiatives, and ethics training. Plans were also made for a site visit to the access facility as part of the retreat activities.
