The Commission passed a resolution to conduct meetings by electronic means due to COVID-19. They approved the consent agenda, which included various site plan sureties, a final plat for Carothers Crossing West, and site plans for Franklin Christian Academy and Wood Duck Court. A motion was passed to approve a site plan for a commercial retail space, subject to conditions and collaboration with the local homeowners' association. Additionally, a resolution was approved to amend a note on the Parkway Commons plat to allow for a right in/right out entrance.
