The City Council held a meeting to address several community and development-related items. The Council also adopted ordinances for zoning map amendments at two specific locations, one of which included a conditional use permit for an auto repair facility. Several development proposals were withdrawn by the applicant, leading to no action being taken on those specific agenda items. Additionally, the Council authorized a construction contract for the Kirkpatrick Drive Phase 2 project.
