The Commission reviewed and expressed support for proposed state-required middle housing code amendments. Additionally, the Commission discussed and approved recommendations from subcommittees aimed at addressing homelessness through shelter expansion, zoning flexibility, and data coordination, with a emphasis on identifying permanent annual funding for the Housing Trust Fund.

Additionally, the Commission reviewed the status of the Continuum of Care funding and the local NOFO process, alongside planning for the Point in Time count. Finally, the Commission discussed the development of a system for distributing housing trust fund prevention funding to individuals through nonprofit referrals.
