Board of Trustees of The City University of New York Meeting Minutes
The board approved the Fiscal Year 2025 External Audit Plan. Financial and administrative actions included the authorization of a per-credit pricing structure for graduate program fees at Baruch College and the approval of multi-year contracts for Microsoft software licensing and unified support services, as well as an enterprise license agreement for Adobe software.
