Executive Committee Executive Committee Meeting
The committee discussed two primary resolutions regarding county administration and association representation. One resolution focused on requiring county leadership to be physically present in the building during standard business hours. The second resolution proposed a policy change for the Counties Association steering committee to implement a one-vote-per-county system to ensure equitable representation, preventing individual counties from exerting disproportionate influence regardless of the number of representatives they send to the committee.
