The plan emphasizes providing a broad range of technologies and access to engaging, student-centered lessons and activities, developing student creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration, and supporting digital citizenship. The plan also addresses the needs of students with disabilities and English Language Learners through differentiated instruction and assistive technologies, and it outlines strategies to ensure equitable access to technology and learning opportunities for all students, including those experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. The plan includes professional development for educators and administrators, a three-year investment plan, and a commitment to using technology to support rigorous academic standards attainment and performance improvement.
