Council Liquor License Review Committee Special Meeting Minutes
The committee addressed the resolution to approve the transfer of a liquor license for Anna's House Ann Arbor, LLC. Additionally, the committee discussed and supported the development of a proposed application process for new and existing Social Districts, including setting a $150 application fee. A motion was passed to recommend that the City Council reconsider and approve the issuance of a Class C liquor license for A2Wineman, LLC, following the applicant's completion of building requirements. The committee also advanced a resolution for temporary outdoor alcoholic beverage service during the 2026 Ann Arbor Art Fair for the Michigan Theater Foundation, Inc.
