Board of County Commissioners Regular Session
The Board approved various resolutions including a purchase agreement with The Nature Conservancy for stream mitigation, multiple construction and bridge replacement change orders and contracts, and the purchase of new vehicles and software licenses. Several service and price agreements were authorized with entities such as Dell Marketing, Premier Biotech, JPMorgan Chase, and various environmental services departments. The Board also accepted multiple grants, including one for the Montgomery County Juvenile Court and one for the Animal Resource Center. Additionally, the Board addressed administrative actions, including personnel items, annexation petitions, and board policy manual updates, while also hearing public comments regarding foster care and community development needs.
