Discussions included a tabled request regarding garage door replacements at 3008 10th Street, the approval of window replacements at 1401 Garfield, and a multi-part review of a major rehabilitation project at 1512 Tilden Street following fire damage, which addressed the front entry, dormers, a rear addition, and specific window and door designs. Additionally, the commission agreed to draft a letter of support regarding the placement of a network node near the Frank Kell House and reviewed status updates for local historic districts and minor alterations.
