The Landmark Commission conducted several design reviews for properties within historic districts. Discussions included a tabled request regarding garage door replacements at 3008 10th Street, the approval of window replacements at 1401 Garfield, and a multi-part review of a major rehabilitation project at 1512 Tilden Street following fire damage, which addressed the front entry, dormers, a rear addition, and specific window and door designs. Additionally, the commission agreed to draft a letter of support regarding the placement of a network node near the Frank Kell House and reviewed status updates for local historic districts and minor alterations.

The Landmark Commission meeting addressed several design review applications, including the replacement of garage doors for a residential property, and various alterations for a designated commercial landmark building, including window fill-ins, new signage, and window installations. Additionally, the Commission discussed ongoing research for design guidelines related to window preservation and historic district updates, including reports on Depot Square, West Floral Heights, and Morningside. The Commission also reviewed the status of a building on 7th Street currently under demolition watch and addressed board reappointments.
