The board reviewed and approved 33 changes to the Voter Alpha List, which included new registrations, transfers, name or address modifications, and removals due to registration in other jurisdictions or death. Additionally, the board prepared updated Alpha Lists for use at an upcoming Special Deliberative Session.

Furthermore, commissioners reported on their attendance at the Saving Special Places conference and discussed potential conservation projects and concerns regarding the location of timber cutting notices on conserved land.

The board discussed and approved an increase in application fees, specifically for abutters, notification letters, and newspaper notices, to better align with current postage and processing costs.
