Additionally, the commission approved the use of state contracts for physical access control systems, appointed members to standing advisory committees, and authorized an actuarial impact analysis regarding the retirement system. Further discussion included deferring decisions on certain consulting contracts and requesting an attorney general opinion regarding the usage of facilities by elected officials.
