The City Council conducted several public hearings and approved multiple resolutions regarding Urban Renewal Plans for the Caledonia Haulers area and various development agreements. The Council also approved schematic plans and cost estimates for several infrastructure projects, including the Ellis Park Parking Lot and 4th Avenue SW Gatewell. Other actions included zoning changes, the authorization of various contracts and amendments to professional services agreements for infrastructure improvements, and the approval of administrative service charges and legal fee authorizations. Additionally, the Council set future public hearing dates for multiple renewal projects and infrastructure initiatives, and reviewed liquor license applications.
