The plan aims to increase experiential learning opportunities, improve faculty hiring processes, maintain a high-quality learning environment, invest in campus infrastructure, enhance communication strategies, attract a diverse community, maximize resource efficiency, increase financial support, utilize data-driven analysis for enrollment forecasting, and strengthen mental health resources. The overarching goal is to nurture students, expand the university's legacy, and build a foundation for future success.
