The board reviewed and approved financial statements for May and June 2022 and personnel recommendations. A construction projects update was given, highlighting lighting upgrades and classroom renovations. The board approved the reconfiguration of the Associate of Applied Science Office Management degree to include a Certificate of Proficiency in Contact Center Operations and Customer Service, and the offering of a new Certificate of Proficiency in Contact Center Operations and Customer Service. The board accepted the 2022-23 Carl Perkins Grant Award, two Regional Workforce Grant awards (Advanced Manufacturing and Transportation/Aviation Maintenance), and the Supplemental Support under the American Rescue Plan (SSARP) grant award. Additionally, the board accepted the Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) grant, the Educational Talent Search (ETS) grant, and the TRiO Student Support Services grant. An update on the productivity funding model was presented, along with an update on graduation rates. Finally, a president's report was given, including recognition of a board member.

The board reviewed and approved financial statements, personnel recommendations including new hires, promotions, and resignations. Updates were provided on campus maintenance and construction projects, including the recent Eclipse party and preparations for the sale of the Burdette Center. The board approved the addition of a full-time Career Coach position, new technical certificates and certificates of proficiency, and the 2024-2025 Academic Calendar. The 2024-2025 Operating Budget was approved, including a 2% cost-of-living raise for eligible employees and the extension of the President's contract. Academic and administrative staff and faculty appointments were approved, along with the budget for promotional items. Finally, the President's report included updates on the Delta School facility, the college's 50th anniversary, the strategic plan review, and recruitment efforts.
