The committee reviewed various development projects, including several amendments to Planned Unit Developments and Conceptual DRI plans, many of which were tabled for further consideration. Approvals were recommended for the Riverland West Sports and Recreation Resubmittal and the River Place PUD Tract I Major Site Plan. The committee also approved the Riverland Parcel B Model Row Sales Center construction plans with specific conditions and recommended approval for the Tradition Self Storage Special Exception Use request.
