The council reviewed and approved a resolution concerning the second amendment to the agreement for the construction of park and recreational facilities and associated impact fee credits. Additionally, the council conducted and approved the City Manager's annual review and held a discussion regarding the City Attorney's annual review.

The meeting also included the first reading of ordinances related to zoning districts, property conveyance for affordable housing, easement conveyance, and community development district boundaries, along with the approval of a resolution for the use of capital improvement funds for a regional park.
