Escambia County is seeking a qualified firm to provide Bio-Health Pod Systems and associated technical services for a stormwater technology demonstration and suitability evaluation project. The project will evaluate the technology within three existing wet stormwater management facilities, including its potential to reduce nutrient concentrations, muck accumulation, and conditions contributing to harmful algal blooms. The selected contractor will support site evaluation, system design, permitting, installation, technical consultation, monitoring, public education, and final reporting.
