The Be One UT 2025-2030 Strategic Plan serves as a roadmap to advance the mission of serving Tennesseans and beyond through education, discovery, and outreach. It outlines five principal strategic priorities: Accelerating Access, Academic Excellence & Student Success; Driving Research & Innovation; Fueling the Workforce of Tennessee and Beyond; and Advancing Community Engagement. Supported by strategic enablers such as Developing Talent, Administrative Excellence, Advocacy and Investment, and Infrastructure Modernization, the plan aims to expand opportunities, strengthen impact, and deliver meaningful results by elevating well-being, economic standing, and positioning UT as a global leader and workforce engine.
