There was also discussion of a ROA community plan listening session. The board discussed the California Latino School Board Association changing its name and expanding to serve K14 and eventually K16. A presentation on CASP data from the 2425 school year was given, including a comparison of schools, three-year comparisons by subject and grade level, and analysis of student groups. Strategies for increasing student achievement, such as the instructional model, goal setting, and peer observations, were discussed.
