This document outlines the Planned Performance Measures for Jefferson County Public Health's Developmental Disabilities Individualized Supported Employment Program. This Management Plan for the Chimacum Forest outlines the long-term direction for a 65-acre native forest property. It aims to maintain the forest in a healthy condition, ensuring the provision of clean water and air, high-quality wildlife habitat, recreational opportunities, scenic values, and economic benefits through sustainable forest management. Key strategies include active forest management to create a structurally diverse forest with varied age classes and timber resources, development of recreational infrastructure and educational programs, and careful stewardship to protect local hydrologic resources and biodiversity. The plan also addresses specific considerations such as forest health, wildfire, invasive species, and climate resilience.

This strategic plan, developed by the Jefferson Behavioral Health Consortium, aims to foster a Recovery Friendly Region by addressing the stigma of substance addiction. It outlines a collaborative approach to tackle health issues, focusing on prevention, treatment, and recovery. Key strategic areas include improving withdrawal management, implementing policies to reduce stigma and enhance access to treatment, providing training for providers, promoting positive youth development, and expanding peer services and supports. The overarching vision is to cultivate healthy people and thriving communities in the Olympic region.

The resolution prioritizes projects for Conservation Futures Funding, focusing on Chimacum Creek and the Schmidt Farm. The Chimacum Creek project aims to protect critical spawning habitat for the ESA-listed Hood Canal Summer Chum. The Schmidt Farm project seeks to preserve agricultural soils, riparian habitat, and water quality in the Quilcene Bay area.
