The commission conducted several public hearings regarding zoning and planning requests. Actions included the approval of rezoning for commercial and retail development, zoning for overlay districts and planned developments, and an amendment to existing planned development standards. One request to amend a planned development was denied by the commission due to a lack of alignment with the city's vision. Additionally, the commission held a worksession to discuss future agenda items and training topics.
