It outlines eleven quality standards focusing on creating a safe and supportive environment, promoting active and engaged learning, building essential skills, fostering youth voice, encouraging healthy behaviors, ensuring diversity and equity, maintaining quality staff, establishing clear vision and purpose, fostering collaborative partnerships, and implementing continuous quality improvement. The plan aims to eliminate social and educational disparities by providing enriching experiences that prepare students for college, career, and life success.
