BoardSpecial Session Saraland Planning Commission
The Saraland Planning Commission meeting addressed several key items. Public hearings and reviews were conducted for multiple subdivision plats, including those at 300 Saraland Ave, 247 Saraland Ave, 108 Saraland Blvd, and Radcliff Rd. Discussions also included rezoning requests for properties on Celeste Rd and a parcel on Creax Rd. Other topics included a right-of-way vacation request, annexation petitions, and planning approvals for a QuikTrip gas station and convenience store. Amendments to the Land Use and Development Ordinance were also discussed, concerning tree protection and other regulations. Several items were postponed to a future special meeting.
