The Board held a meeting to review input regarding the Oxford County French Immersion and City of Woodstock Elementary Panel Attendance Area Review. Parents from the Roch Carrier school community provided public input, specifically requesting consideration for student grandparenting policies and adjustments to the proposed school boundary.

The committee discussed electronic vote results concerning the Special Education budget, re-established a Giftedness Subcommittee for a program review, and initiated the creation of a subcommittee to review the 2023-2024 Special Education Plan. Discussions also covered Minority Reports submitted to the Ministry, the membership appointment process, and updates on Rural Education. Furthermore, the committee reviewed the 2021-2022 SEAC Priorities Subcommittee Year End Report, addressed inquiries regarding B. Davison Secondary School, and received information regarding students on a Modified Day.

Additionally, updates were provided on the chair's newsletter column and the return to in-person meetings. The committee also discussed and recommended the formation of an ad hoc committee to establish a recognition process for retiring trustees.
