The Rochester Community Schools advertised a Request for Proposals for the Cooling Tower Refurbishment project. The scope of the project is to refurbish existing cooling towers at the 7 buildings. Bids were reviewed and evaluated by a team from Frank Rewold and Son Inc., and by the Director of Capital Projects for Rochester Community Schools. The recommendation was made to award contracts to Mechanical Systemp Corp and to approve allowances and CM fees.
