The Commission addressed the subdivision and lot consolidation for Maiella Properties, LLC, recommending its approval to the Board of Supervisors. Additionally, the Commission recommended the approval of the preliminary and final land development for the Cordia Energy Operations Microgrid building, subject to parking modifications.
