The board addressed several zoning applications, including granting a variance for an accessory structure in the front yard at 1091 Clinton Road and a variance for a lot width reduction to allow for a single-family dwelling at 448 Aten Road. Additionally, a request for a Use by Special Exception for outdoor storage at Parcel A of the Ridge Road Industrial Park was approved.

The Commission also reviewed a revised proposed ordinance for data center regulations, discussing noise mitigation, infrastructure requirements, and decommissioning procedures. Additionally, there was a report regarding a secured grant for road repairs to Camp Meeting Road.

The commission specifically approved a special exception request for outdoor storage at the Ridge Road Industrial Park and granted final land development approval for a childcare center expansion. Additionally, the commission discussed a proposed ordinance to establish regulations for data centers, focusing on standards for noise, landscaping, height, and emergency management.
