This five-year IT Strategic Plan for the City of Rockville Department of Information Technology provides a roadmap for enhancing information technology resources and service delivery. It focuses on seven key areas: improving communication and collaboration, establishing the IT Department as a consulting service, enhancing IT infrastructure, optimizing information and document management, fostering software integration and interaction, establishing clear prioritization and funding for IT solutions, and providing comprehensive training for employees and IT staff.
