BoardBoard Of Trustees Of The Acorn Public Library Meeting Minutes
The Board reviewed administrative policies regarding patron conduct, unattended children, library displays, and meeting rooms. Actions taken included authorizing the publication of the tentative budget and appropriation notice, authorizing payment of prior fiscal year obligations, and approving the annual library audit. Trustees were appointed to audit secretary's records, and direction was given to file the annual report with the Illinois State Librarian. The Board also enacted an ordinance for an additional tax levy and voted to discontinue the live streaming of future meetings. Additionally, the library announced the receipt of a security grant and the annual Per Capita Grant.
