The Lander University Strategic Plan 2025-2030 aims to advance growth, innovation, and impact across South Carolina and beyond. It is built upon six core pillars: Academic Excellence in Teaching, Scholarship and Service; Student Success; Sharing the Lander Story; Creating a University Culture and Environment of Continuous Improvement; Developing the South Carolina Institute on the Prevention of Sexual Violence on College Campuses; and establishing a Data Readiness Framework. The overarching vision is to produce broadly educated, civically engaged, and highly marketable graduates prepared for their careers or continued education.
