The commission addressed the resignation of its former chair and elected a new vice chair. A process was established to fill the resulting commissioner vacancy. The committee reviewed the November financial statement noting revenue sources and variable fund balance fluctuations. Actions included the approval of the agenda for the upcoming Steering Committee meeting. Discussion items covered eligibility requirements for the Co-Chair and Vice-Chair elections, the meeting schedule for the current year, and a debrief of the prior year's General Assembly.
