This document outlines Sierra Unified School District's commitment to building momentum for its future through careful planning. The subcommittee discussed various facility-related topics including a review of the project scope by building, a comparison of budget versus cost estimates provided by Mark Wilson Construction, a presentation for the upcoming Facilities Board workshop, and a review of project renderings.

The committee discussed proposed project timelines, a pilot project for the Sierra High library, and educational specifications. Additionally, the committee addressed the selection of a construction and project manager for CUPCCAA projects, the planning of phase one projects, and ground breaking details.

The subcommittee discussed budget versus estimates provided by Mark Wilson Construction, received a DSA update, and engaged in a discussion regarding a future board workshop.

Budget estimates provided by Mark Wilson Construction were reviewed, with specific focus on the drawing cycle, science classrooms, and roofing material costs. The committee also planned an upcoming Facilities board workshop to cover timelines, scope, funding sources, priorities, and gym cost estimates. Additionally, the meeting addressed architectural renderings regarding furniture, casework, and restroom tiles.
